Codes and the lookup field
Every file gets a three character id (letters and digits, any case), like 27k. Notes on notes.borodina.uk use two or three. The Got a code? box at the top of every page here and on the notes site takes either kind: type it and you land on the right page, whichever site it lives on. Three characters open at once, two characters open after a short pause or Enter. No JavaScript: https://share.borodina.uk/find?c=27k. This service is also served as share.borodina.uk (Liks Storage) and host03.sota.co.uk; passkeys are per address, so enrol one on each.
Download
Open https://share.borodina.uk/27k in a browser for a landing page, or fetch the bytes directly:
curl -fLO -J https://share.borodina.uk/27k?dl wget --content-disposition https://share.borodina.uk/27k?dl
curl, wget, KOReader and Kobo user agents get the raw file without ?dl. Range requests work, so resumes and streaming are fine.
Upload from a terminal
curl -T book.epub -H "Authorization: Bearer $H3" https://share.borodina.uk/api/upload curl -F file=@photo.jpg -F ttl=7d -H "Authorization: Bearer $H3" https://share.borodina.uk/api/upload
Prints the id on the first line and the URL on the second. Add -H "Accept: application/json" for JSON. TTL accepts 12h, 7d, 2w, 1m.
Pair a device (get a token without typing secrets)
# device side
curl -s -X POST https://share.borodina.uk/api/pair -d hint=my-laptop
# → {"code":"481923","poll":"…"} approve at https://share.borodina.uk/devices
curl -s https://share.borodina.uk/api/pair/<poll>
# → {"status":"approved","token":"…"} store it, it is shown once
iPhone and Mac share sheet
Get the "Liks Store&Share" Shortcut
Open it on the iPhone or Mac, tap Add Shortcut. It syncs to your other Apple devices by itself. It shows up in the share sheet for files, photos, PDFs and links. On the Mac, open the shortcut's settings and tick Use as Quick Action → Finder to get it in the right-click menu too.
First run: it fetches a pairing code, opens /devices here with the code pre-filled, you name the device and approve, then tap OK back in Shortcuts. The token is saved to iCloud Drive/Shortcuts/host03/token.txt and never shown. Every run after that uploads what you shared, copies id url to the clipboard and shows a notification.
